Ihr könnt auch online z.B. über ZOOM oder SKYPE Unterricht nehmen, in der Vergangenheit haben u.a. Drummer aus anderen Ländern der EU, USA, Kanada, Australien oder Fernost diese Möglichkeit in Anspruch genommen. Mit den jüngsten Entwicklungen hat diese Option unglaublich schnell an Bedeutung gewonnen. Ebenso berate ich euch gerne, was die technische Realisierung dieser Unterrichtsform angeht. Alles was ihr braucht ist eine stabile Internetverbindung, die kostenlose ZOOM oder SKYPE-Software und eine webcam … und los geht’s eigentlich. Idealerweise habt ihr eine Verbindung per LAN/Netzwerkkabel (WLAN geht natürlich auch …). Falls Ihr Interesse habt und weitere Details erfahren wollt, kontaktiert mich gerne. Je nach „Belebtheit“ des Terminkalenders gibt es u.U. einen gewissen „Vorlauf“ von zwei bis drei Monaten.
Claus is without a doubt THE reference in drumming today. What makes him really special are his amazing talent as a drummer/performer combined with his skills as a teacher. His teaching style his well organized, result oriented, effective, clear, fun and modern. I must say that studying on Skype with him has been a very positive experience. I am impressed with his methods and by his understanding of technologies. The quality of the lessons is impressive, if you have never taken a lesson with Claus I highly recommend him. Claus is the best!

I remember when I contacted Claus for the first time and received a really nice feedback from him in which I realized he was a great person, very interested in spreading his wisdom about music and drums. Claus teaches you with no fear to embrace new challenges. The open handed way of playing drums gave me tools to make my weaker side stronger, consequently making it a more important part of my drumming. I can find no disadvantages to this technique. I find only growth as a drummer.
